We’ve previously covered List Building in the training grounds but it’s important to talk about what to do with your list in order to keep it healthy and profitable. The above interview with Aweber CEO & founder, Tom Kulzer, shares great insight to effectively managing and mailing list and related campaigns.

Once you have an email list of followers and subscribers you’ll quickly realize if monetized properly it can be a major source of income. Finding related offers that nicely complement or relate to your specific product or niche will enable you to become a super-hero to your subscribers while at the same time keep the commissions flowing.

Some important things to remember when effectively managing your list are to mail frequently!

In addition to building a follow-up sequence that will keep your readers engaged you should also regularly send out offers to keep your list “warm.” So long as you advise new subscribers clearly and up front about how often you plan on emailing them, sending an email a day is not out of the question. In fact, the more often you mail, the better!

The way you go about contacting your subscribers will vary depending on the email marketing solution you decide to implement in your business.
