Ben Moskel and Dave Clabeaux | Six Figure Program Review
A few weeks ago I mentioned that I had gotten in contact with an under-the-radar super affiliate by the name of Ben Moskel. After talking to Ben several times and recording a call for our ProFromGo members I realized that there was a lot more to be learned from Ben and his experience as a highly successful affiliate marketer.
In 2007, Ben earned over $1.15 million dollars strictly in affiliate commissions from the programs he was involved in and actively promoting. Ben has narrowed his promotional methods down to a very effective system and he took a few minutes and shared a bit of that system with me on a private call.
We ended up also doing an extra call that was a “live” tele-clinic covering some of Ben’s secrets & strategies. Many of which are not really secrets at all, just some creative methods of getting people to click through your affiliate link!
After doing two versions of this “live” tele-clinic with Ben & Dave I got several emails from subscribers who were very upset at having not been able to make the call for whatever reason. Several subscribers were asking for recordings of the call, which per an agreement I had made with Ben, were unavailable.
Therefore I decided to kind of tip-toe around the edges a bit and summarize the material of the tele-clinic for people who missed out… this way I’m keeping Ben & Dave happy by not replaying their call, and my subscribers who were unable to dial-in during the live version will at least have some peace of mind for hearing some of the content right here in this blog post…
So let’s summarize the tele-clinic:
Ben & Dave started off by saying that just a few years ago they didn’t even know how to add an attachment to an email… and now they both have websites pulling in 5 figures per month! Imagine going from absolutely zero experience to having that kind of success in such a short timeframe… it’s only possible on the internet and nowhere else!
Ben & Dave then briefly went over their 2007 earnings, not to brag, but just to explain the kind of results anyone can have with their step by step system for affiliate marketing. In 2007, Ben Moskel earned $1.15 million dollars in affiliate commissions and Dave Clabeaux earned over half a million in affiliate commissions as well.
Ben has been at this for almost twice as long as Dave and they jokingly exclaimed that is the reason Ben has had twice the success in 2007.
Ben & Dave then went into some of the nitty gritty of how their affiliate marketing methods break down. They use simple website templates that anyone can get totally for free or at very low costs. These guys use these types of template for one reason… they work!
Next, these superstar affiliate marketers explained how important it is to be selective when choosing which products to promote. Why promote a Christmas ornament website that pays a measly .50 cents/sale when you could be promoting something that converts nearly as well and pays a commission of $200 dollars/sale???
Ben & Dave also discussed some of the obstacles you may encounter when first starting out on the road to affiliate marketing success. One point they reiterated several times was the need to overcome obstacles no matter what it takes… which brings me back to a quote from some unknown that I love to repeat to anyone who will listen, “If you never give up, you will never fail.”
These two top affiliates then went under the hood of their cash generating affiliate maching and covered the last two missing links: traffic & conversions.
They even revealed how they get tons of traffic at dirt cheap costs from huge sites such as MySpace and YouTube. Once you have a site and some traffic, you can begin tweaking to increase conversion… sounds simple, right?
For the most part it is pretty simple when you have someone to show you the ropes or key you in to their own success secrets. There are 99 ways to skin a cat right? Same with affiliate marketing… there are lots of ways to generate commissions and refine your systems and processes, but these guys have flat out come up with something that stinking works!

as anyone made money with there system
What realy happend in your experience and is this a constant upsell?
I made this post because I’ve had nothing but great experiences working with Ben & Dave.
I actually went to Rochester New York a few weeks ago and spent a load of money to spend a day with them to do some private consulting.
I found them very catering to my questions & concerns and they shared a lot of stuff that would have probably taken me years to learn on my own otherwise.
I appreciate your opinions but wanted to just share my perspective and follow up with all of you.
Ben & Dave have been great for me. Perhaps you’ll have better results working with someone else… That’s understandable. But for me, these guys are where I like to invest my money to learn more about affiliate marketing.
Yea, they send me affiliate checks every so often but like the hair club for men dude once said… “I’m not just an affiliate, I’m also a customer.”
…Or something like that…
hi chris v thank you for maken my mind up as i am a customer with the 6 figure programme i like the sound of working with ben and dave and i have read some bad stuff about certain things but for some reason i trust these men i know it sounds weird but i have a good gut feeling about them and seen what the 6 figure program can do looks fantastic its like any company every company has bad press it people just being neg and dont want people to follow there dreams as ben said and dave dont give up on any thing in life
What type of software or other essentials
will I have to purchase after having purchased their system??
The “system” (as much as I hate to use that word) really just shows you effective strategies for affiliate marketing. There’s really no software or required other than what you prefer to use to create web pages and etc if you feel comfortable to do that on your own terms. Otherwise, you can just follow their advice which in most cases explains the simplest way of doing each related task.
I had this promotion via email from one of the members but still hesitant, it seems too good to be true. Has anyone actually made any money in this program? I realized that this is not a lot but when someone is unemployed, it does add up. Pls advise. Thank you.
Hi Nazreen. I know many people have learned and earned from this program. They teach basic affiliate marketing concepts that work. Many of these concepts are taught by others and there are a lot of variables when starting an endeavor such as this… Like how experienced are you? Are you willing to invest money into your advertising programs to split test data and landing pages until you find ones that convert? Etc etc.
If you’re currently unemployed of course I’d recommend that you NOT buy this if funds are tight. This is NOT a magic pill. This DOES take time and effort.
If you’re looking for a program where you can invest money and then profit with no further effort or investment please keep looking and let me know if you find it!

Thx Chris for your response, I did eventually bought the product prior to seeing your email and now encounter another problem where you cannot use your existing website, you have to get a hostgator account and that is through them, so there is always a catch in between. I wish they would elaborate more in their email advertising rather than finding out after the fact.
You want to start a web business and have to buy web hosting so that is a “catch?”
Of course they’re going to recommend the products they believe will help you out the most and will be the most user friendly… If they are recommending products through their affiliate link or in other words “through them” isn’t that kind of expected being that they are affiliate marketers who are teaching you affiliate marketing?
Chris do Ben and Dave hold live conferences, just to get an idea of the program before purchasing the DVD package. If so what state and city. This sounds like a great concept though there seems to be more than just one of these programs floating around. I’m sure it’s normal for that to be the case though I just want to make a wise decision

You’re correct there’s a lot of programs out there that teach affiliate marketing strategies and methods. Some are valuable and many are horrible ripoffs of course.
I’ve purchased more than my fair share of both.
These guys do hold several live events per year and the locations vary between NY, Florida, and Las Vegas.
If you are interested in attending a live event with them I’d suggest joining their email list, that is the way they announce events to customers/subscribers.
Keep in mind the cost to attend a live event is much higher than the cost of the Six Figure Program course!
I attended a day of private consulting with just Ben, Dave, my business partner, and of course myself.
If that’s something you’re interested in contact me via the contact page on this site and I’ll get you more info or put you in direct contact with Ben, just keep in mind their time is very valuable considering the level of income they’ve grown accustomed to…
Best of luck no matter what you decide but a final word of advice: you’ll learn more in a few hours at a live event than you will from all kinds of “courses, systems, or ebooks.”

What a nice way to help others make this decision. I’ve been unemployed for 7 months and am having a time finding employment. I worked 33 years in my field, and the job market is saturated with younger folks who will work for less…even when you tell them salary is negotiable. I live on unemployment, which is very difficult. My husband lost his job too. I really want to do something like this, but am afraid that once I pay the $27, there will be charges for anything and everything I do next…Please advise..Much appreciated.

As I tend to tell everyone this may not be the best decision for you right now if you’re on tough times and every dollar counts. Every business venture has some startup costs but if you’re really serious about finding a solid opportunity affiliate marketing is a great way to build a business if you’re willing to invest some time, effort, and money.
The $27 cost of this course is a small price to pay to get access to a lot of very good information from a couple of fellas who have been really doing great with their affiliate marketing campaigns for years. I feel that this course will save a lot of “newbies” some time and money by steering them in the right direction but at the end of each day it’s ultimately up to you to educate yourself and gain the knowledge you’ll need both technically and business-wise to make an internet business work for you.
Whichever path you chose I wish you the best of luck. Make your decisions carefully and put some effort into any course of instruction you decide to pursue and no matter what you’ll come out on top.

I purchased the SFI program. I have NOT had any monthly fee as someone suggested here.
I don’t know what your field is, but if you know anything about website building, go for it!
I didn’t, and I felt that I screwed up on my domain name, as in I chose a broad field, instead of one area. Therefore I have had a time trying to build this thing!
My suggestion is, find an area you know something about, like PETS, maybe something in your field that you probably know more about than most people, what about photography, best sellers ( be an Amazon Affiliate!), anything! Get your doman name, and Ben & Dave will build the basic site. Then all you have to do is add the links. (I hope!) I’m in the process of doing that. When I get it done, if it’s O.K. with this site, I’ll let you know what it is, so you can take a look.
I think it’s possible to make money the first month with this, if you listen to all of the videos first and have a product or products to promote.
As Chris said there’s always some expense, but this is definitely trivial! You only have to register one domain name $15.00, get the web hosting ) the package, I think was $20 – $25. But I bought 2 domain names. The Web Hosting is something like $9.99 per month.
If you can make money in the first month, you’re ahead.
As I said, I was a VERY SLOW LEARNER! I am going into my second month, but I have not added any active links to my site, yet, nor have I had a web hosting fee. The money mentioned above is all I have spent. I have a very small check coming in October. I hope to make it considerably larger before then!
I wish you All the LUCK, as well as everybody else who is MAD enough at the economic situation we are in and brave enough to see if you can change your life!
I am determined! I am 67, disabled… my husband is 68, and we cannot live on pensions and Medicare! He had to take early retirement, (after 33 years!) and his pension for that is way less than half of what his SS check is! In fact, it’s less than mine! Try that for making people who worked hard all their life, MAD!

Hey Terry,
I don’t believe there are any additional charges from Ben and Dave on top of the $27 investment for the course itself unless you voluntarily decide to upgrade or purchase additional offers from them.
As with any Internet business though there are some other costs of getting started outside of the cost of the course itself like:
-web hosting
-registering a domain name
-advertising, etc
All things considered these other costs are trivial compared to the types of costs associated with starting any other more traditional business venture. Hope that helps.

in looking at your answers to some of the quesions people listed you mentioned that people have to be prepared for , Start up Costs ” to do this kind of business. From a dollar figure what is a fair estimate on what it costs to get going ( such as domain names , wen hosting etc… thanks
You can get domain names with privacy guard for about $10 – 12 dollars per year. I personally use and suggest a website called NameCheap. They have good customer service and make it pretty easy to register a domain and protect your information.
You’ll also need web hosting. You can get shared hosting for as little as $3 per month all the way up to a dedicated server which I have and costs about $174 per month. Guess which one I started with?
You can get started on a shoestring budget and upgrade as you go. It’s all a matter of how much time, money, patience, and motivation you have that will kind of dictate how fast you get there.
The Six Figure Program makes some solid recommendations too and I’m pretty sure they recommend Host Gator. As I mentioned several times I need to do an updated review since this one that’s getting a lot of recent comments is now a few years old.

I don’t know if “elected” is the proper term but I think “educated” may work well. I’m just a guy who’s familiar with search optimization which is a big important part of affiliate marketing and that’s the reason a lot of people tend to find this review

It would be quite impossible for me to say “exactly how much money” I’ve made as result of this specific course because I buy so many courses and many of them cover similar content. I invest a lot of money into many programs such as this and even now when I’m enjoying steady affiliate commissions I *STILL* purchase any new programs that look interesting to me because the game is constantly changing. I couldn’t even try to guess how much money I’ve made directly as a result of only this program. That being said I think I could possibly put myself into some sort of legal predicament by answering that question, next thing ya know I may be required to start posting my tax returns online which really is just a bit much. I assure you that this program has helped me immensely otherwise I wouldn’t have written the positive review here on my blog.
I can tell you without batting an eye that I’ve spent easily into the tens of thousands of dollars on affiliate marketing related info products, internet marketing info products, and SEO related tools, softwares, and info products. The amount that this particular program will ask you to invest as part of getting going is a tiny fraction of that and it’s really a great way to get your feet wet without breaking the bank while giving you the tools and knowledge you’ll need to get started.

I am still optimistic and hoping to get my website up and running hopefully soon by them. They said it is within 24-48 hours. And just so that everyone knows, you need to be signed up for 3 years in order to get that special deal for $3.49 per month.

I had already got web hosting and all that was said in the email promotion is “all you need is a website” and a computer. It didn’t mention that Hostgator is a must have and you have to get it through them. I could have used my own website.
And finally in order to get a mentor it will cost is anywhere from 5k-15k. and this is through Prospering. Once you purchased the product, you get calls from these business consultants at prospering about turning debt into wealth and asking for personal information, which I did not get. I had to ask this person, what does that have to do with the Six Figure Program. Anyway, will keep you posted if this program does work. I am a very honest person.
I have followed these Q&A with great interest. I’m impressed with the honest way that Chris V answer questions re “Six Figure Program” .
I’m concerned for the many unemployed and vulnerable “NewBies” who are trying to get an unbiased opinion of How to make money online,especially with all the “Sharks/Gurus” circling them all! If it sounds too good to be true,IT IS!
Personally I have tried for 3 years to find a profitable program, and only 2 months ago, was recommended to Chris Farrell’s Membership, which has been voted No 1 for the past 3 years , for their Ethical and honest methods of promoting their Service.
